13:42 Mar 23 2013 Cape Bojador, Western Sahara

Description
Moroccan security forces reportedly intervened to disperse Saharawi families staging a sit-in on March 23, 2013 in Boujdour.

Four Saharawi families (Ahl Ghaduf, Ahl Haboul, Ahl Raha, and Ahl Boubia) staged a sit-in in front of the local government offices of Boujdour, demanding their right to obtain the documents of their properties and to protest the Moroccan authorities' ban on setting up Saharawi traditional tents. The security forces led by Almadfai used hot water and batons to disperse the demonstrator, causing burn injuries to at least one Saharawi, Mohamed Raha.
